Who Are We
Triton was founded in 2014 to fill a growing need for small businesses– the help bridge the gaps as they continue to build upon their previous success.
What We Do
Triton specializes in helping these businesses by assisting in administrative, pre-construction, quality control, and marketing aspects of their daily business goals.
For more than 10 years, our employees have worked diligently on projects ranging from the construction of schools, civil works, and military installations for private entities as well as the federal government.
In 2013, we began to notice that many of the small businesses we were working with sought to grow or expand. They had a proven track-record or quality work and successful projects, but were struggling to keep up the paperwork and requirements of these bigger jobs.
Triton was founded in 2014 along with our first official project– the management of a small construction project in Southeast Texas. We were brought on board with a group of contractors that had each performed well in the past but were struggling to keep all of the parties moving forward together. Triton was able to bring our knowledge to the table and provide communication between the parties, help develop and maintain the project schedule, provide the required submittal documents, and organize the quality control team to ensure the project stayed in line with contract specifications.
Since that first project, we’ve continued to build upon those relationships while building new partnerships and expanding our knowledge so that we can continue to help our clients.

We didn’t become experts in our field overnight. It takes several projects or years of effort to obtain the level of knowledge that we have. In that time, we have seen or heard everything, from best practices to pitfalls. If we haven’t heard of an issue or need, we will work with you to develop ideas on how to address it.
Chances are,we have already done a project like yours or worked with someone who has. We know the necessary steps, the requirements, the time estimate, and common roadblocks. Use our expertise and experience to help you plan the project, and you’ll have a lot fewer surprises when it’s complete!
We are happy to share our subject matter expertise with our clients. Maybe you don’t need a consultant to plan your project, but we can provide you advice and tips along the way. If needed, we can provide end user training as part of our services. Good user training increases user adoption and can speed up the project roll out process.
Depending on the type of project, you may find that you need continued help after completion. Working with us, you can build a trusting relationship and when you have issues or questions, you already know who to ask! If you have future projects, we already knows your business concerns.
